Client Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Acting as the primary delivery owner for 1 to 2 assigned clients, the remote Client Delivery Manager will manage end-to-end solution delivery, drive operational excellence, and foster strong client relationships while working Central Time Zone business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery execution and ensure alignment across internal teams and client objectives
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client partnerships and drive measurable business impact
• Govern account-level delivery artifacts and lead regular client governance and risk reviews

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program, project, or delivery management within enterprise software or healthcare technology
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Technology, Healthcare, or related discipline)
• 2+ years of healthcare industry experience
• Strong technical aptitude for engaging with engineering and product teams on solution design
• Experience coordinating onshore/offshore delivery models and managing resource allocation
