Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Client Delivery Manager will ensure exceptional customer service, oversee implementation project management, and coordinate client communication while maintaining client satisfaction and addressing concerns.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Manage client meeting schedules, prepare presentation materials, and deliver client-facing reports based on specific needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of action items and promote a positive team culture
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in client management or a similar role
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Experience in project management and client communication
  • Ability to analyze and convey numerical or statistical data effectively
