Client Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Serving as the main point of contact for private cloud customers, the remote Client Delivery Manager will manage customer engagement, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive commercial success through onboarding and renewal phases in a contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and review services in alignment with customer requirements and manage stakeholder relationships
- Oversee daily operations and support project delivery while de-escalating critical engagements
- Manage commercial account activities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business or technology-related field
- Fluent in German and English with strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven engagement management and relationship-building abilities
- Good understanding of SAP's cloud business, particularly private cloud offerings
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the cloud or IT consulting sectors
