Client Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing client engagements, the full-time Client Delivery Manager will ensure exceptional service delivery, monitor internal operations, and serve as the primary contact for client requests, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client meeting schedules and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
• Prepare and present detailed reports, including revenue cycle recommendations and data analysis
• Support implementation project management and contribute to client success initiatives

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of client-facing experience within healthcare or revenue cycle management
• Strong revenue cycle management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables and V Lookups
• Proven experience in building reports, validating data, and quality assurance
