Client Delivery Senior Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and facilitate communication with internal teams
• Create and present client-facing materials and reports, ensuring effective action management during meetings
• Produce reports, document meeting minutes, and assist the Client Delivery Manager with operational tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate level or above in MS Excel
• Experience in building reports, validating data, and quality assurance
• Able to efficiently manage time and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
