Client Delivery Senior Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Senior Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Keep updated understanding of the organization's products, services, and client delivery policies
• Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
• Create client meeting minutes, build reports, validate data, and provide analytics

Required Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of internal or external customer service experience or demonstrate relevant experience and written business communication
• Intermediate experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, V Look Ups, etc.)
• Proven experience in building reports, validating data, providing analysis, and proven experience in quality assurance
• Experience working face to face with clients
