Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Delivery Specialist to work remotely, ensuring the production of quality reports for clients by reviewing, formatting, and correcting documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and correct report formatting, graphics, and spreadsheets to meet production instructions and client requirements
- Communicate with training for report assistance and seek re-training when necessary, while also managing report prioritization and productivity
- Perform quality control checks on every report and maintain confidentiality of company information
Required Qualifications and Education:
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required, some college preferred
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in operating a computer with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software
- Aptitude to learn platforms such as Drop Box, Box, Quire, SharePoint, and internal programs
- Must have a cell phone and supply own internet service
