Job Summary

Supporting operational delivery and performance transparency, the full-time remote Client Delivery Specialist will manage client accounts, facilitate issue resolution, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent execution of Client Delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned client accounts, aligning client expectations with internal execution
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client contracts and operational workflows to support data interpretation and client discussions
  • Lead client meetings and monitor operational performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or client-facing roles
  • Foundational understanding of operational workflows and client support models
  • Experience in healthcare technology or RCM industry with knowledge of complex claims processing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
