Client Delivery Trainer
Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of enablement training for client teams, the full-time remote Client Delivery Trainer will drive learner readiness, execute certification strategies, and build partnerships with stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness and support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor learner engagement and performance during onboarding to ensure a successful transition to production
- Design and evolve impactful learning materials and deliver ongoing enablement to address performance gaps
- Measure training impact and implement targeted improvements based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training facilitation
- Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Experience with content creation and sales processes
- Prior experience in a client-embedded or program-specific training role
