Client Delivery Trainer

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of training for client teams, the full-time remote Client Delivery Trainer will ensure high-quality onboarding and enablement, drive learner readiness, and foster partnerships with stakeholders to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive learner engagement and accountability throughout onboarding and post-training mentorship
• Execute certification strategies and measure training impact through performance data and stakeholder feedback
• Design and evolve learning materials while aligning training execution with business priorities and performance expectations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in training facilitation
• Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners
• Prior experience in a client-embedded or program-specific training role
