Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Development Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the client development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Regional Vice Presidents and the Direct Client Development team
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings and prepare meeting materials
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support client outreach activities
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior sales support experience is a plus
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience preferred
  • Desire for continuous self-learning and professional growth
