Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Development Manager to execute client strategy and drive growth across core clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a book of core accounts, ensuring value delivery and driving adoption
- Manage renewal and commercial relationship conversations, including contract negotiations
- Develop proactive partnership strategy plans to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Account Management or Sales experience in Consumer Insights, ResTech, or B2B SaaS
- Proven success in managing and growing accounts with experience in large-scale negotiations
- Ability to articulate business value propositions to various stakeholders
- Experience in identifying new stakeholders and formulating strategies for revenue expansion
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a commitment to continuous learning
