Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Development Manager to join their EMEA team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 25-30 Corporate & Enterprise accounts, focusing on retention and organic growth
- Drive platform adoption and ensure stakeholders utilize the technology effectively for consumer insights
- Navigate the commercial lifecycle, leading renewals and identifying upsell opportunities while collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Market Research, ResearchTech, or SaaS Account Management
- Proactive mindset with a focus on account health and retention KPIs
- Curiosity and eagerness to adopt new AI-driven features for enhancing research efficiency
- Ability to connect client challenges with appropriate internal resources
- Business proficiency in German and English (at least C1 for both)
