Client Development Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Development Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small book of business while providing strategic operational support to complex health plan customers
• Ensure client satisfaction and support throughout the project lifecycle, including account strategy development and project expansion
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive telenutrition adoption and engagement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of experience in a healthcare consulting or services role focused on client relationship development
• Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics and growing a book of business
• Experience in analyzing clinical outcomes and developing marketing campaigns
• Background in working with executive-level clients and understanding complex contracting processes
• Familiarity with telehealth, wellness, or nutrition is a plus
