Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Client Development Representative will engage with clients to qualify leads, collaborate with account managers, and utilize innovative prospecting techniques in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound and marketing leads by understanding customer needs and addressing them directly
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to develop quality opportunities within assigned territories
- Employ innovative prospecting techniques to target current clients and potential buyers through various communication channels
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1-2 years in sales, lead generation, or business development
- Experience with territory planning and outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms like Salesloft
