Client Development Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting high-performing sales professionals, the full-time Client Development Specialist will manage client onboarding, sales documentation, and CRM accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with client onboarding, sales documentation, and follow-up communications
• Prepare and manage Statements of Work and related sales documents, ensuring accuracy and coordination with sales representatives
• Maintain and update records in Salesforce, Apollo, and QuickBase, supporting lead research and opportunity updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or client service roles
• Familiarity with CRM and matter-management systems such as Salesforce or QuickBase
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining responsiveness and organization
