Client Development Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting high-performing sales professionals, the full-time Client Development Specialist will provide essential assistance with client onboarding, sales documentation, and CRM accuracy in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with client onboarding, sales documentation, and follow-up communications
• Prepare and manage Statements of Work and related sales documents, ensuring accurate details and coordination
• Maintain and update records in Salesforce, Apollo, and QuickBase, supporting lead research and opportunity management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in sales support, client service, or a related support role
• Familiarity with CRM and document management systems such as Salesforce or QuickBase preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Interest in learning the sales process and developing client-facing confidence
