Client Development Trainer
Job Summary
To drive business growth, the full-time Client Development Trainer will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Third-Party Origination partners, focusing on onboarding and empowering internal teams in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic training initiatives and materials to enhance brand alignment and product adoption
- Deliver targeted training sessions for TPO clients, including onboarding and product webinars, with live facilitation as a core duty
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain instructional resources and analyze training metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience as a mortgage industry trainer, focusing on structural design and live webinar training
- Proven ability to manage multiple project timelines with high attention to detail
- Experience applying instructional design best practices and creating engaging learning materials
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and produce detailed instructional materials
- Certification from talent and training or mortgage banking associations is a plus
