Job Summary
Driving enterprise relationships, the full-time Client Director will manage a portfolio of marquee accounts, focusing on renewals, platform adoption, and building executive-level partnerships while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deepen multi-level relationships within assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive license expansion and renewal excellence
- Partner with clients to create outcomes-driven roadmaps that align Nexthink's platform with their business priorities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or account leadership experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- 2+ years in a Client Director or equivalent role managing large, complex enterprise accounts
- Direct experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, or Digital Employee Experience
- Demonstrated success engaging with C-suite stakeholders, including CIOs and CHROs
- Ability to lead virtual teams by influence and build long-term client relationships
