Client Director

Job Summary

Driving growth and retention for a select group of enterprise customers, the full-time remote Client Director will manage complex expansions and high-value renewals while aligning Conga's offerings with customer priorities and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders across business and technical domains
• Develop and present executive-level business cases that connect Conga solutions to measurable business outcomes
• Manage a disciplined pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting aligned with account strategy

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise account management or business development
• Strong understanding of commercial operations and the ability to articulate value propositions
• Experience in leading complex negotiations and deal strategies
• Ability to leverage market insights and customer dynamics to shape opportunities
