Key Responsibilities

Sell Amazon Connect multi-cloud implementation and managed services offerings
Exceed sales metrics by conducting meaningful client meetings and developing tailored business plans
Establish new business relationships with Amazon sales teams and partners

Required Qualifications

2-3+ years of experience in selling services within Contact Centers or the Amazon ecosystem
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect platform capabilities
Experience in driving Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) transformations
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficient with technology and productivity tools, including Salesforce CRM
