Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Education Consultant responsible for creating and maintaining client-facing and internal documentation related to their products and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive client-facing documentation, including user guides and workflow instructions
  • Own the creation and upkeep of content in the client-facing knowledge base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with training and implementation workflows
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation management, or healthcare education
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or PACE environments preferred
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence or Google Workspace
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear content
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple documents and deadlines
