Client Education Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Education Specialist to design and develop learning experiences that enhance client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with subject matter experts to design intuitive learning experiences
• Develop multimedia content optimized for adult learners
• Administer and organize content within the learning management system (LMS)

Key Requirements:

• 4-7+ years of experience in instructional design or customer education in SaaS or healthcare technology
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
• Proven experience creating multimedia training materials using tools like Articulate or Camtasia
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and clinical teams
• Experience designing client education programs for healthcare or regulated industries is preferred
