Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Education Specialist to support the Client Education & Training team in managing technical platforms and creating training materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical infrastructure for the Client Education team, including Zoom and Google Workspace
  • Assist in the daily management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Highspot
  • Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, including instructional videos and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Wordpress, Squarespace) preferred
  • Familiarity with video software such as Camtasia and Clueso
  • Prior technical training or support experience preferred, but not required
  • Flexibility to travel for in-person training events
