Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Education Specialist to support the Client Education & Training team in managing technical platforms and creating training materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the technical infrastructure for the Client Education team, including Zoom and Google Workspace
- Assist in the daily management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Highspot
- Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, including instructional videos and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Wordpress, Squarespace) preferred
- Familiarity with video software such as Camtasia and Clueso
- Prior technical training or support experience preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to travel for in-person training events
