Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients across core platforms
  • Manage client rollouts and support internal staff training
  • Serve as a primary contact for the Onboarding Team and assist with client inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of related experience in customer service
  • Background in training, marketing, or education preferred
  • Sound technical knowledge and proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work independently or as part of a team
