Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions for clients across core platforms
- Manage client rollouts and support internal staff training
- Serve as a primary contact for the Onboarding Team and assist with client inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of related experience in customer service
- Background in training, marketing, or education preferred
- Sound technical knowledge and proficiency in Google Workspace applications
- Ability to multitask effectively and work independently or as part of a team
