Client Enablement Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Client & Internal Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and launch a customer-facing enablement strategy for client onboarding and engagement
• Build scalable learning programs for various user roles and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Establish a digital learning ecosystem and develop structured frameworks for internal and external enablement

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in client enablement or learning & development, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience building enablement or L&D infrastructure for external audiences
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and digital learning tools
• Executive-level communication skills in a high-growth environment
• Background in healthcare SaaS or clinical technology preferred
