Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new client onboarding and ensure timely implementation
  • Deliver targeted training and create enablement materials for users
  • Design and execute adoption plans while monitoring usage trends
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in tax, tax technology, or client enablement roles
  • Proven track record in onboarding and workflow transformation in tax environments
  • 3+ years of experience with tax e-filing platforms or compliance software
  • Strong understanding of complex tax workflows, especially K-1 reporting
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
