Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead new client onboarding and ensure timely implementation
- Deliver targeted training and create enablement materials for users
- Design and execute adoption plans while monitoring usage trends
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in tax, tax technology, or client enablement roles
- Proven track record in onboarding and workflow transformation in tax environments
- 3+ years of experience with tax e-filing platforms or compliance software
- Strong understanding of complex tax workflows, especially K-1 reporting
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
