Job Summary
Leading client onboarding and transformation efforts, the full-time remote Client Enablement Manager will ensure successful implementation and adoption of the platform while delivering tailored training and support to drive measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead new client onboarding from kickoff through go-live, tailoring plans to align with client needs
- Deliver targeted training and create enablement materials for functional user groups to ensure platform proficiency
- Design and execute adoption plans, monitoring usage trends and collaborating with account managers for cross-functional alignment
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in tax, tax technology, client enablement, or transformation-focused roles
- Proven track record in leading onboarding and workflow transformation initiatives in tax environments
- 3+ years of experience with tax e-filing platforms, tax automation tools, or tax compliance software
- Strong understanding of complex tax workflows, particularly for K-1 reporting or 990 filings
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines
