Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement API Specialist in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer clients' API questions and resolve issues
Assist clients in implementing API code and provide integration advice
Develop and maintain API libraries, documentation, and training resources

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience in at least one programming language
Basic understanding of REST or WebSocket API functionality
Experience interpreting multiple data formats
Ability to write technical documentation in a user-friendly format
Experience with third-party API tools and UNIX command line knowledge is a plus
