Client Engagement Associate

Job Summary

Engaging prospective and existing clients, the full-time remote Client Engagement Associate will conduct high volumes of outbound and inbound calls to generate interest in financial services, qualify clients for meetings with Financial Advisors, and enhance the overall client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to prospective and current clients
• Generate interest and qualify clients for meetings with Financial Advisors regarding financial planning needs
• Document client interactions accurately in CRM systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Previous experience in financial services, sales, or client engagement preferred
• Knowledge of investment products and financial services
• Experience managing high-volume outbound calling activity
• Strong adaptability and motivation to achieve results
