Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Engagement Coordinator who will support the Sales Department by ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming sales calls and direct them to appropriate salespersons
- Schedule meetings and manage sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
- Maintain sales databases and assist with client agreements and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High level of integrity and empathy
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Experience in a client-facing role preferred
