Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Coordinator who will support the Sales Department by ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming sales calls and direct them to appropriate salespersons
  • Schedule meetings and manage sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
  • Maintain sales databases and assist with client agreements and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High level of integrity and empathy
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Experience in a client-facing role preferred
