Job Summary

To support the pre-trial phase of AAC device trials, the part-time remote Client Engagement Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for customers, guiding them through the process, conducting device demos, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct engagement conversations through inbound and outbound calls, email, and online chat
  • Provide comprehensive AAC device demonstrations and guide clients through the trial process
  • Monitor and report weekly metrics to support individual and team goals
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field (preferred)
  • 2 years of B2C or B2B customer service experience
  • AAC experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online chat tools
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms (preferred)
