Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Director (Medical Communications).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead strategic planning and contribute to medical communications roadmaps aligned to brand objectives
• Own financial health of assigned accounts, including forecasting and margin management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, or pharma marketing
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development process
• Advanced financial acumen, including forecasting and profitability management
• Demonstrated people leadership and performance management capabilities
