Client Engagement Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Director (Medical Communications).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead strategic planning and ensure alignment of medical communications with brand objectives
• Manage financial health of assigned accounts, including forecasting and margin management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, or pharma marketing
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development process
• Advanced financial acumen including forecasting and profitability management
• Demonstrated people leadership and coaching capabilities
