Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Director (Medical Communications).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead strategic planning and contribute to medical communications roadmaps aligned to brand objectives and scientific strategy
• Own financial health of assigned accounts including forecasting, margin management, and timely reconciliations and close-outs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, pharma marketing, or related fields
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development process
• Advanced financial acumen including forecasting and profitability management
• Demonstrated people leadership and performance management capabilities
