Client Engagement Director

Job Summary

Client Engagement Director is a full-time remote position responsible for leading strategic client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving organic growth for accounts generating $2M - $4M in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead strategic planning and guide the development of medical communications aligned with client objectives
• Oversee financial health of assigned accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• 8-10+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, or pharma marketing
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development process
• Advanced financial acumen, including forecasting and profitability management
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching and performance management
