Job Summary
Leading strategic client relationships, the full-time Client Engagement Director will serve as the primary contact for accounts generating $2M - $4M in annual revenue, ensuring client satisfaction and driving organic growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders while serving as the primary point of contact
- Lead strategic planning efforts and develop medical communications roadmaps aligned with client objectives
- Oversee the financial health of assigned accounts, including forecasting, margin management, and ensuring timely project delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8-10+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, or pharma marketing
- Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development processes
- Advanced financial acumen, including experience with SOW development and profitability management
- Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and performance management
