Job Summary
Leading strategic client relationships, the full-time Client Engagement Director will serve as the primary contact for accounts generating $2M - $4M in annual revenue, ensuring client satisfaction and financial health while working remotely from Canada or the US.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders as the primary point of contact for clients
- Lead strategic planning and contribute to medical communications roadmaps aligned with brand objectives and scientific strategy
- Oversee the financial health of assigned accounts, including forecasting and margin management, while ensuring projects are delivered on scope, time, and budget
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8-10+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, pharma marketing, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development processes
- Advanced financial acumen, including experience with forecasting and SOW development
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in coaching and performance management
