Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to drive storytelling of customer experience insights for clients
• Develop materials that showcase the value of the product and support client training and adoption
• Participate in client conversations to deliver insights and execute bespoke data requests

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, customer insights, or data analytics roles
• Strong experience in storytelling with data, particularly in creating presentations
• Demonstrated ability to derive insights from complex data sets
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
