Client Engagement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Lead to manage client engagements from inception to completion, focusing on information security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive program and engagement progress across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely completion and effective resource utilization
• Develop strategic project delivery plans, including schedules, risk management, and resource analysis
• Lead service delivery strategies and facilitate communication between project teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing project/program delivery leadership role, particularly in information security
• Expertise in Project Management methodologies and best practices
• Experience managing cross-capability engagements across multiple clients
• Current knowledge of security threats, solutions, and network technologies is strongly desired
