Client Engagement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Lead to manage client engagements and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project life cycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and resource utilization
• Develop and implement project delivery plans, schedules, and risk management strategies
• Facilitate communication between project teams and clients, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with project goals

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing project/program delivery leadership role, particularly in information security
• Expertise in Project Management methodologies and best practices
• Experience managing cross-capability engagements across multiple clients
• Current knowledge of security threats, solutions, and network technologies is strongly desired
