Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Manager (Project Manager) to enhance client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring project specifications and deadlines are met
• Act as a client advocate, aligning internal project teams to prioritize deliverables
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets while providing proactive status updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience as a client-facing Project Manager; experience in the learning industry is a plus
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
• Proven ability to manage budgets effectively
• Willingness to support clients across multiple time zones (EST, CST, PST)
