Client Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Manager (Project Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring project specifications and deadlines are met
• Act as a client advocate by aligning internal project teams and prioritizing deliverables
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets while providing proactive status updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required
• 5+ years' experience as a client-facing Project Manager; experience in the learning industry is a plus
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
• Proven ability to manage budgets and support clients across multiple time zones
• High competence in project and client services management
