Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple strategic client relationships, ensuring effective utilization of the platform and insights
  • Deliver client excellence through industry insights and high-quality execution of day-to-day client management
  • Support sales strategy and commercialization efforts by identifying target accounts and facilitating product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, customer insights, or account management and sales in a data business
  • Experience engaging C-suite members and senior executives of Fortune 1000 companies
  • Successful track record of managing and growing senior client relationships
  • Strong interest in customer experience and loyalty analytics
