Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Engagement, Insights Manager to manage strategic client relationships and enhance customer experience insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple strategic client relationships, ensuring effective utilization of the platform and insights
- Deliver client excellence through industry insights and high-quality execution of day-to-day client management
- Support sales strategy and commercialization efforts by identifying target accounts and facilitating product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, customer insights, or account management and sales in a data business
- Experience engaging C-suite members and senior executives of Fortune 1000 companies
- Successful track record of managing and growing senior client relationships
- Strong interest in customer experience and loyalty analytics
