Job Summary

Client Engagement Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for managing client relationships, guiding onboarding and adoption of compliance solutions, and supporting client growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Lead client onboarding and monitor account health, engagement, and realized value
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide client feedback for service improvement
Required Qualifications
  • BS in Business or a relevant degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, quality, or regulatory services
  • 5+ years supporting clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or CRO sectors
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional coordination and managing competing priorities
