Job Summary

Client Engagement Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for leading a team to ensure quality client experiences and manage project execution for key accounts in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Account Managers
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and operational standards while managing client relationships
• Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies within the team and with clients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the packaging industry
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong organizational skills and metrics-driven approach
• Ability to work towards and meet deadlines within budget
