Job Summary
Client Engagement Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for leading a team to ensure quality client experiences and manage project execution for key accounts in the packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Account Managers
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and operational standards while managing client relationships
- Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies within the team and with clients
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the packaging industry
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills and metrics-driven approach
- Ability to work towards and meet deadlines within budget
