Job Summary

Client Engagement Manager, a full-time remote position, is responsible for leading a team to ensure a positive client experience during the production phase while managing relationships and resolving packaging artwork issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Account Managers
  • Manage client relationships and ensure adherence to project timelines and operational standards
  • Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies to enhance client partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college or Associate's Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the packaging industry
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong organizational skills and metrics-driven mindset
  • Ability to work towards and meet deadlines within budget
