Job Summary
Client Engagement Manager, a full-time remote position, is responsible for leading a team to ensure a positive client experience during the production phase while managing relationships and resolving packaging artwork issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Account Managers
- Manage client relationships and ensure adherence to project timelines and operational standards
- Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies to enhance client partnerships
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college or Associate's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the packaging industry
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills and metrics-driven mindset
- Ability to work towards and meet deadlines within budget
