Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of strategic clients, the full-time Client Engagement Manager will build and nurture positive relationships while providing industry expertise and insights to enhance customer experience and drive loyalty improvement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead multiple strategic client relationships, managing day-to-day client engagement and ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Advocate for customer experience excellence and provide insights to clients, facilitating the application of Prism data to solve business challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Bain Partners to support sales strategy, account planning, and revenue growth opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, customer insights, or account management and sales in a data-driven environment
  • Experience engaging C-suite members and senior executives of Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proven track record of managing and growing senior client relationships
  • Strong interest in customer experience and loyalty analytics
