Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of strategic clients, the full-time Client Engagement Manager will build and nurture positive relationships while providing industry expertise and insights to enhance customer experience and drive loyalty improvement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multiple strategic client relationships, managing day-to-day client engagement and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Advocate for customer experience excellence and provide insights to clients, facilitating the application of Prism data to solve business challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams and Bain Partners to support sales strategy, account planning, and revenue growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, customer insights, or account management and sales in a data-driven environment
- Experience engaging C-suite members and senior executives of Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven track record of managing and growing senior client relationships
- Strong interest in customer experience and loyalty analytics
