Client Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To support client engagement efforts, the remote Client Engagement Manager will manage client relationships, oversee contract operations, and drive revenue-generating activities while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor budgets and revenue expectations for assigned clients
• Develop project approaches and implementation plans in collaboration with clients
• Identify new revenue sources and support sales opportunities to achieve financial goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or 7+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Preferred experience in health insurance, client services, or B2B environments
• Knowledge of healthcare policy and highly regulated industries
• Experience managing large client relationships or accounts
• Ability to monitor and assess legislative and regulatory environments for risks and opportunities
