Client Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and contracts, the remote Client Engagement Manager will oversee client engagement activities, ensure operational compliance with contractual commitments, and drive revenue growth through upselling services.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor budgets and revenue expectations for assigned clients
• Develop project approaches and implementation plans in collaboration with clients
• Manage client satisfaction and communication, ensuring successful delivery of services

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or 7+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Preferred experience in health insurance, client services, or business-to-business environments
• Knowledge of healthcare policy or highly regulated industries with compliance requirements
• Experience managing large client relationships or accounts
